Following the hail storm in July, my atrium developed a number of new leaks. The insurance adjuster said he didn't see any new damage other than due to old age and dry rot. Regardless I now had 12 leaks in the atrium. I called several glass businesses to come out and reglaze the 48 windows; Reliable Glass was the only company who offered to perform the reglazing and provide a warranty. They worked with my time schedule and performed a fantastic job. After the first rain I did have one window that leaked, they came out, reglazed that window and after the last couple of rains; nary a drip in the atrium. Fantastic Job! It was easy to setup an appointment(called). They helped me get everything setup to use my insurance. I received a text the night before giving me the two hour time frame they would be at my place. Tom Harwood, the installer called me an hour before the installation and said he was available to show up 45min early if I would like. I said yes! Tom said it would be done in 30-45min. It took him 30 minutes and installed OEM glass. I'm extremely happy with his customer service and installation. We'll done Reliable Glass!
