Peter Werth buys $3.2M Paradise Valley With A 45 Ft Glass Wall

Peter Werth Jr., CEO of Chemwerth Inc., paid cash for this mansion in north Scottsdale’s Troon Canyon community. The 7,200-square-foot contemporary-style mansion has four bedrooms, six-and-a-half bathrooms and a forty-five-foot wall of glass that looks out from the living room to the backyard.

The home has a private gateway and flowing hillside fountain that runs along the property. There are two additional bedrooms on the main floor, and bar/office, wine cellar and gourmet kitchen with large island and four dishwashers. The guest quarters come equipped with its own full kitchen and laundry.

The backyard is primed for entertaining with lush patios, infinity-edge pool overlooking the Valley and private spa. Marc Hafer, president of Simpler Healthcare, and his wife Peggy sold the home.
