Meet The Owners
Greg & Lorraine Tornga with their three sons, Zach, Trey and Brayden
Greg Tornga was born in Michigan and grew up in Tucson, AZ. In 1983, he graduated from Sahuaro High School, then attended Northern Arizona University and graduated with a degree in business management. Greg spent the first 12 years of his career working in Corporate America. He held positions as General Manager in the restaurant industry, Managing Partner with IKON Office Solutions and Managing Director for a startup.
Lorraine Tornga also attended NAU and met Greg while they were working together in a Mexican food restaurant in Flagstaff. Her career included outside sales in the pharmaceutical industry as well as Nabisco. Lorraine also dedicated many years to her family as a full-time mother.
The economic implications following September 11, 2001 caused Greg and Lorraine to decide to go into business for themselves. After researching business startup opportunities, they decided on glass. Based upon their experiences in sales, customer service and business operations, they felt it would be a great fit.
So, in December of 2001, Greg and Lorraine started Reliable Glass. Since inception, their mission has been to be the best glass company in Arizona. They want to make a WOW statement with every customer they serve. The growth that Reliable Glass has seen over the past 20 years is attributed to their business philosophies – hiring great people, making Reliable Glass a great place to work and by striving to exceed their customers’ expectations on every interaction.
